Setup eBay in Omnivore & Get Selling

The information below provides a checklist summary to help you complete your setup and start selling on eBay. You may also want to consider one of our assisted integration packages.  Read more ....


Begin listing your products on eBay using Omnivore by following the setup articles below.
There are nine key steps to complete. Once finished, click Start Selling on the Dashboard to activate your listings.

Recap Before you click Start Selling in Omnivore

In Omnivore, the eBay marketplace tab will show “Setup” in yellow until you click Start Selling.

Before going live, complete the following final checks:

  • Confirm your eBay Seller Account is set up correctly and that your store subscription suits the number of items you plan to list.
  • If you already have active eBay listings, read the Keep Existing Listings FAQ included in this article.
  • Complete your Category Mapping so products are assigned to the correct eBay categories.
  • Ensure your Shipping and Business Policies are configured, and verify that the policy names match exactly what eBay requires.
  • Confirm you have opted in to eBay Managed Payments.
  • Decide which products you want to list and which you want to exclude.
  • Check the Omnivore Dashboard → Listing Errors for any items that cannot be listed.
  • Review the Dashboard for any general alert warnings.
  • Make sure you are aware of all applicable eBay Australia fees.

Once everything is complete, click Start Selling to send your listings to eBay.
