Overview


Your Shipping Setup is actioned within TEMU, there are a few steps that have to be completed in the beginning to configure your shipping options.  Shipping policies also need to be setup in Omnivore, read the setup steps below.


Shipping in TEMU


  1. First, within TEMU there is Tutorial Video called Configuration shipping settings, it can be found under Shipping and Delivery - Shipping Settings - scroll down to the last option. 
  2. Follow the video and the TEMU documentation to setup your Shipping Templates.
  3. When you have completed everything in TEMU you now need to add a policy in Omnivore.


Shipping in Omnivore.

  1. Navigate to Settings - TEMU - Shipping in Omnivore.  
  2. Click on add a shipping policy. Click the drop down for Shipping Templates and you will see the ones you just created in TEMU, select one to be your default policy and check the ''is default policy'' tick box.
  3. Select a Product Group if desired, if no product group is selected all products will get that policy.
  4. You may have product groups in use for TEMU that are being used to apply a price change to include shipping costs.
  5. Depending on how many groups you have and how many different price changes you have in place, create your policies using the corresponding TEMU templates and select the product group based on your product listing setup.
  6. Click Submit each time and when complete click Upload to TEMU from the Omnivore Dashboard.
