Add Your Logo and Set Up a Product Listing Template for eBay

Creating a branded, consistent listing on eBay is easier when you use a listing template and include your store logo. Omnivore allows you to add your logo URL and configure a template that automatically applies to your product listings.

Step 1: Add Your Logo URL

The recommended size for your logo is 320px x 320px. If your logo is not square, please make the logo no wider than 320px.

  1. In Omnivore, go to Settings → eBay Australia → Listing Template.
  2. Locate the Logo URL field.
  3. Enter the full URL of your logo image.
    • Make sure the image is hosted online and publicly accessible.

    • The URL must end in .jpg or .png

    • Ensure it is a secure URL using https

  4. Be sure to click Update to save your changes.
  5. An upload to eBay Australia will push up your change.

Step 2: Set Up Your Product Listing Template

The required information must be manually added by you. You’ll find these fields in the lower section, from the the About Us section onwards. Follow the steps below to complete them.

Important: All fields that appear in red or are blank must be filled in before you can begin listing your products.

Note: Any information or settings you have completed regarding Business Policies are not related to this section. While the headings may appear similar, the fields in the template are informational and are what will be displayed to your buyers. Business Policies and template information are separate and not connected.

The About Us, Payment Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy fields are required and must be completed by you. The Sizing Guide is optional.

  • Type directly into the fields to enter free text. Some sellers copy information from their own website.

  • Keep your content concise, accurate, and helpful for buyers.

  • Do not include links, emails, addresses, or contact details—eBay will reject listings containing them. See here for more details.

  • You can edit these fields at any time, even after saving them in the template.

  • Make sure to click Update on this page to save your changes.

The Product Description section of the page (see screen capture below) does not need to be edited by you.

UNLESS you have designed your own listing template and want to use it instead of the default one we supply you should also not change anything in the HTML section at the bottom.
