If Your Order is Shipped without Tracking


If you do not send all your orders with tracking you need to go to Settings ->Administration -> Order Management in Omnivore/eBay Link and make sure that the following setting is checked Mark orders as shipped if carrier and tracking code is not provided


If you have a mix of orders that are tracked and not tracked and you have ticked Mark orders as shipped if carrier and tracking code is not provided you must make sure tracking is added to your order in your website system before the order is Completed/Shipped in your website admin. By default, once the order status is "Shipped" in your website, we will mark it as shipped in Omnivore/eBay Link and the marketplace regardless of whether it has carrier and tracking code information.  


If you do not have a proper tracking ID leave the tracking field blank in your website. Do not enter comments or n/a or no or - o. 


If Your Order is Shipped with Tracking


If your order is not showing as shipped in eBay but it is in your eCommerce store and in our system, then you may not have provided the both Tracking ID and the Carrier who is delivering the package. 

If you have DO NOT mark an order as shipped unless carrier and tracking code is provided checked at Settings ->Administration -> Order Management in Omnivore/eBay Link Carrier and Tracking code are MANDATORY in order for Omnivore/eBay Link to update the shipped status in eBay. 


When you mark an order as shipped in your eCommerce platform make sure you also complete the tracking ID and the carrier details.
