Overview
Sometimes the shipping carrier you use in your eCommerce Store is available in the marketplace but it needs to be mapped so that the marketplace can receive the carrier data.
You may have an order that says Failed to Mark as Shipped in Omnivore with an error in the Order History Notes that shows the shipment has not been accepted by the marketplace.
Sometimes the reason for this type of error is because the shipment carrier info you have is not what the marketplace expects.
Each marketplace is different.
This FAQ covers the steps to map your carrier with a marketplace carrier. This feature is currently in use for Amazon, Kogan and Bunnings.
Setup Steps
- In Omnivore Navigate to Settings - Marketplace Name (Amazon AU) - Shipping.
- On the shipping config page click Edit Shipping Carrier Mappings.
- Under add new mappings insert your Carrier name as it exactly appears, ensuring there are no leading or end spaces either side of the name.
- Select the Marketplace Carrier from the drop down and click Save Changes.

- As mentioned above if you have an order that has failed to mark as shipped for this reason go back to the order and click RETRY at the top of the order page.
- This will find the mappings you just added and update the marketplace.
- If you still get an error check your Carrier Mapping rule and check the Order History Notes on the order page for more information, every order event is logged in that section of the order page.
