Overview


If you are using the new Amazon API from Omnivore there is a new way to add shipping templates.

Please follow the guide below.


Setup Steps


  1. Go to Settings - Amazon Australia - General, make sure Use new API is ticked.
  2. Click Update on that page to confirm the setting change.
  3. Your account is now using the new Amazon API.
  4. Now when you go to Settings - Amazon Australia - Shipping you will see the new shipping setup screens.
  5. Click this will import your Amazon shipping into Omnivore.
  6. Select one of the newly imported templates and make it the Default, it is best that you choose the already default template on Amazon.  Make sure your default template in Omnivore is not connected to a product group.
  7. For other newly imported templates if you have them, edit them and assign any product groups associated with that shipping type.
  8. Changes to shipping templates are done within Amazon from now on and Omnivore will import these changes, you can also at any time click the Get Shipping Template Data from Amazon button to refresh your shipping so they sync.
