Overview
This article explains how to temporarily pause your Kogan store (often called “holiday mode”) using Omnivore.
What Holiday Mode Means
Holiday mode lets you stop orders and remove your listings from the Kogan marketplace while you’re away or unavailable. To do this properly, you need to pause the connection in Omnivore and notify Kogan directly.
How to Put Your Kogan Store in Holiday Mode
Pause the integration in Omnivore
Go to Settings → Kogan → General.
Under Integration Status, choose Pause to stop data syncing and orders.
Notify Kogan Marketplace
Contact Kogan’s support or your Kogan Marketplace representative.
Tell them you want to put your store in holiday mode.
Provide the last date you will accept orders and the date you want the store reactivated.
Kogan will remove and later relist your products
Kogan will temporarily remove your listings from the marketplace.
When your holiday period ends, they will relist your products.
Unpause your Omnivore integration
Once you’re ready to resume selling, return to Omnivore and unpause the integration.
Your listings will sync back to Kogan.
Note: You must contact Kogan directly — pausing Omnivore alone does not put your store into holiday mode on the marketplace itself.
