The Catch Marketplace has a list of accepted Shipping Carriers.  This is accessible in the Catch Portal.  It is best practice to check this list on Catch in the partner portal and use one of the carriers if possible.

Omnivore ensures that the carrier codes we import from your eCommerce Store can be passed to Catch accurately.  This is based on the list Carrier Codes accepted by the Catch Marketplace.  

Please be aware of the current Carrier Code List that Catch accepts and for best results comply by using a carrier that on the accepted list.  

If we cannot send shipment and carrier data through to Catch because they will not accept it (including chosen Carrier) from your eCommerce Store your orders will be marked as 'failed to mark at shipped' in Omnivore.  The order in Omnivore will have an error with the reason in the order history notes and the order in Catch will not be updated.

To avoid this we recommend complying with the carrier codes that Catch do accept.
