5) Missing Attributes manufacturer_minimum_age | The Manufacturer Minimum Age attribute field needs a value, this can be added in Omnivore under Products - On Amazon - Marketplace Attributes Tab. Search on this page using the SKU and scroll across to see the Manufacturer Minimum Age field where you can add your value. |
6) The SKU data provided conflicts with the Amazon catalog | The data provided by the retailer is conflicting with what Amazon has in the database. For example (Merchant: '' / Amazon: '16192'). The retailer can update their content to match Amazon OR petition Amazon to change the data. |
7) We could not access the media at URL https://xxxx.com.au/xxx.jpg. A 403 HTTP status code was received. Ensure that the server or firewall configuration is not blocking Amazon servers from accessing the media. | Possible Causes 1) Your server or website firewall settings may be blocking access to the Amazon servers when they are accessing your product image URL's. The error can be caused by the Amazon server accessing a large number of your images in a short period of time and triggering rate limiting or blocks. The solution for this is to allow all product images on your website to be accessed without rate limiting or blocking the Amazon servers. The fix will vary depending on your website and/or server setup so you will need to refer to your developer. 2) This error can be transient and may sometimes clear on its own over time. It is possible Amazon could not access the image at the time the feed was sent. This could be due to temporary network or server issues. Try re-uploading your products to Amazon from the Omnivore Dashboard. 3) If there is an image in the product page in Omnivore, right-click the affected image in the Omnivore product page to open the image in a new browser tab. Check the URL shown and compare it to the URL in the Amazon error message. If the URL's are different, then your website has an HTML redirect. Please refer this to your developer. 4) If no image is showing in Omnivore, Amazon also cannot access the image. You should update the product image/s on your website. 5) This message is now a warning on the product page in Omnivore. Warnings are in blue not yellow. Omnivore will not make any changes to the listing on Amazon, it will still remain listed, but the warning is there to let you know that they have detected an image URL anomaly on that product. |
