Holiday Requests


Employees - Holiday requests should be made via Xero. This will generate a request for Jo to approve and enter in the Support Calendar. 


Contractors - Holiday requests should be made direct to Jo for approval.


Please ensure you provide as much notice as possible.


Sick Days


If you are unable to work due to illness please notify Jo by phone or direct message as early as possible. Do not post a message in Product Support where it can be missed.


Once Jo has been notified she will arrange for your tickets to be covered and notify the rest of the team.


In Jo's absence please notify Fern.
