How to Add a Size Chart to Your Onceit Listings

If you sell clothing or other products that use a size chart, Onceit requires a size chart image to be included on your product listings. This guide shows you how to add that image using Omnivore. 


Size Chart Image Requirements

Before you begin, make sure your size chart image meets these criteria:

  • Must be in .jpg format.

  • Must be publicly accessible online (not behind a login).

  • It should be easy to view at normal size (avoid very small or very large images).

  • Follow any specific size chart rules provided by Onceit—check with your Account Manager or onboarding specialist.


Step-by-Step: Add a Size Chart in Omnivore

  1. Login to Omnivore.

  2. Create a Product Group for all products that should use the size chart:

    • Go to Products → Product Groups and create a group.

  3. Go to Products → Product Actions.

  4. Click Create size chart.

  5. Enter a name (e.g., Size Chart for Women’s Dresses) and select Onceit Marketplace.

  6. Select the Product Group you created in Step 2.

  7. Enter the URL of your size chart image.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Finally, go to the Dashboard and click Upload to Onceit to push the updated listings with the size chart to the marketplace.


That’s it — once uploaded, the size chart will appear on all listings in the selected product group on Onceit.
