This video demonstrates how to take a call that was ended from the freshcaller Pop Up Window and create it into a new Freshdesk ticket.
It also includes how to then edit that new ticket to assign it to an existing contact.
In this case it was Love Luggage as the test.
Note: when you create a new ticket from a freshcaller call it assigns it to you automatically, it does not put it in the UAQ.
Only abandoned and voice mail call end up in the UAQ.
