Overview
If you've been using Omnivore and are now ready to sell on other marketplaces, you'll need to "Add A New Marketplace" to your Omnivore account. Depending on your account type, this may require a plan change, which we can assist you with.
It's best to ensure that you complete the application process for a seller account with the marketplace before adding it to Omnivore.

Add A Marketplace
- Launch the Omnivore App from your eCommerce Store to view the Dashboard.
- On the far right side, you'll find the "Add Another Marketplace" section. If you can't see this section, you may need a plan or account change. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss this with you.
- Click Find out more.
- This will take you to the Choose Marketplace page where you will see a list of available marketplaces. Click the Start Setup button next to your choice.
- This will lead you to the Setup Wizard for that marketplace. Note, at this time you do not need to actually connect Omnivore to the new marketplace, you can skip that part. This will still add the marketplace into Omnivore and keep it in Setup Mode until you are ready to connect, complete the setup steps and then hit Start Selling.
- Once you've added the new marketplace, you'll see a tab for it on your dashboard. Continue to the specific marketplace setup steps found here to complete the configuration in Omnivore that is specific to your newly added marketplace.
- NOTE: Some setup tasks are completed in Omnivore and some are completed within your actual marketplace account. Each varies, so we suggest reading our information for each marketplace to determine the specific requirements.
The Setup-View Dashboard
After you add a new Marketplace you will be taken to the new In Setup Dashboard View
In this setup section, you can toggle between different areas to complete the necessary settings and configuration to start selling.
As you progress through the steps, the app will check if the minimum requirements have been met to enable you to start selling. Once the necessary steps are completed, the "Start Selling" button will appear. Clicking it will take your installation out of setup mode and begin pushing live data to the marketplace.
Each Heading Section in the Setup Dashboard has two types of circles to the left.
- Circles you mark as complete: These can be ticked and unticked manually as you go. They serve as a visual reminder that a section is complete.
- Circles we mark as complete: These are automatically ticked by the app when it detects that the task or setting is finished.

Example below, the Connection section will be ticked Complete when you connect Omnivore to the Marketplace.
