Overview
All refunds for Kogan Marketplace orders must be processed directly in Kogan.
Marking an order as cancelled or refunded in your eCommerce system will update the order status in Omnivore, but it does not process refunds in Kogan.

How to Mark an Order as Refunded in Omnivore
While this does not issue the refund in Kogan, updating the status in Omnivore helps keep your records in sync and will prevent you from receiving overdue shipment alerts.
Open Omnivore.
Navigate to Orders in the left-hand menu.
Find the order and click to open the order details page.
Click Mark as refunded.
This updates the status in Omnivore but does not trigger any refund in Kogan.
Partial Refunds
Omnivore does not support partial shipments for Kogan. If an order has line items that cannot be supplied:
Cancel or refund the unavailable line item directly in Kogan.
This allows the remaining items to be tracked and marked as shipped.
Note: We cannot view the current status of cancelled line items on Kogan, so it is essential to handle this within the marketplace.
