Overview

This FAQ covers how to set up free shipping for orders in Catch marketplace and the different scenarios when you might do so.


Setting up Free shipping- Threshold


Free shipping over a certain cart value, for example, spend $100 and get free shipping - this is set up in Catch.

  1. Login to Catch Marketplace
  2. Go to 'My Account' then 'Settings' in the top navigation bar
  3. On the left hand menu choose 'Free Shipping'
  4. In the table, enter the free shipping threshold, e.g. $100 



Setting up Free Shipping - Temporary


To enable free shipping but only as a temporary option - switch this on and off. 

  1. Login to Catch Marketplace
  2. Go to 'My Account' then 'Settings' in the top navigation bar
  3. On the left hand menu choose 'Free Shipping'
  4. Check the box 'Free Shipping' then save.




Setting up Free Shipping - Permanent


To enable free shipping permanently

  1. Login to Catch Marketplace
  2. Go to 'My Account' then 'Settings' in the top navigation bar
  3. On the left hand menu choose 'Shipping & Delivery'
  4. Choose the shipping zone, scroll down to 'FREE' and click 'Enabled' from the drop down. 
  5. Click 'Save'
  6. Do this for each shipping zone.
  7. In Omnivore, go to 'Settings - Catch - Shipping'. Make sure 'Flat Rate is selected'
