It can take between 15 minutes and 1 hour for an order to come through from eBay to your eCommerce store. This allows for the order to be released from eBay, our system to pick the order up and to send it through to you. If after 2 hours you can't see your order in your eCommerce store, please submit a request for us to investigate.
