How eBay Orders Flow Through Omnivore

  1. Order Import from eBay
    Every 15 minutes, we check eBay for new orders released by eBay.

  2. Sending Orders to Your Store
    Once an order is released, it’s imported into Omnivore and then forwarded to your eCommerce store for fulfilment.

  3. Checking for Shipment Updates
    We check your eCommerce store every 2 hours for updates. When an order is marked as Shipped, we send the tracking information back to eBay and update the order there. This ensures the customer is notified.


Important Note
In some cases, eBay may delay making an order available to us. This can happen because eBay performs security, payment or fraud checks before releasing the order.
