This FAQ covers how these 3 marketplaces work taking in to account similarities, distinctions and differences.
Currently as of Sept 2025 Coles Liquor and Ebgames are live and active
The retailer profile for Uber East, Menu Log and Door Dash is:
- Must have a physical stores (not just online)
- Must be state or national level brand
- Must be approved by the marketplace.
Both Ivan and Will understand the development and integration of these marketplaces.
About Uber Eats

Things you need to know:

| 1. Supports strike through pricing | Auto accepted by Omnivore | Needs to created for each seller |
| 2. No variations | Time to fulfil can be adjusted for sellers preferred is 30min | Support L1 -L3 categories |
| 3. Min images front and back (if possible) | Driver is sent after 'ready to pickup' call is made | Algorithm onsite to sort products within categories |
| 4. Images have specific sizing | Closing time offset allows to block orders prior to store close | |
| 5. Promotions take 6 hours to process and update on Uber Eats | Substitutions are managed by store on the tablet & then in Rover updated | |

Things you need to know about Omnivore Account setup:
As this is a convenience channel no order should be more than 3 hours old.
Supports substitutions as part of the work flow .

About Menu Log

| 5. Promotions are managed by a manual process directly with ML | Menulog doesn't recognise multi quantity line items. We roll this up to suit fulfilment |
Things you need to know about Omnivore Account setup:
Omnivore has address validation to manage customer order data.
Menulog currently only support a single price - 'sell price'.
