This is something you can check if a product has over sold and inventory is not updating.

When you see this on a product page:

You need to go to the Products - Queued Products search section
Filter by 'ignored' and click the unignore button on the product/s in question
If it is ignored it is not being updated.
If you un-ignore it it will be updated again.
