Kick Off Meetings
For Coles kick-off meetings the following must be covered by the CBS Onboarding team member
* Coles can only be added on the m1 cluster. If a retailer has an existing Omnivore on a different cluster, a new instance will need to be created on m1.
* Variants with different prices. Coles site cannot have these presently, so for any products for testing please only use single products or variants that share a price. If there are variants with different prices they will need to be separated or will not be able to be listed (ie sheets, Single and King will have different prices).
* All products require barcodes. Without it will not list.
* We need the following attributes for each product, added as meta fields or attributes.
Please name these attributes as named below.
Product_ID - this is the Coles RMS code Coles will supply for launch - for now add 1234 as a placeholder.
product contains button battery - this is a yes or no but required for all products.
Returns - Unfortunately, this item can’t be returned unless it’s faulty. (only fill this in if you have a product that does not accept returns)
* Omnivore and onboarding Fees: ALL Coles onboards are charged an onboarding fee.
Shopify: USD$450 for the first marketplace, USD$200 for each additional marketplace
BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Maropost AUD$600 for the first marketplace, AUD$300 for each additional marketplace
If you use WooCommerce or Magento and we identify an issue that requires a Developer (e.g connection or data issues) and the cause is your eCommerce platform then there is an additional charge of $200/hour.
SFTP/CSV - AUD$600 for the first marketplace, AUD$300 for each additional marketplace
Note all prices are ex GST

* Ecom platform - ensure you cover off the retailer ecom. If CSV is the chosen option, ensure they have the ability to take the order files and process them, and a knowledge of SFTP and a program to access it. Some instances where CSV was the chosen method have seen this change mid-meeting as the retailer was not able to process files, meaning CSV was not a valid option, so it is worth covering the round trip with the retailer.
* 10 products to have the above attributes added. Once these have been added and are visible in Omnivore, these can be sent to Colesz Pre Prod for Samantha to check.

This is live on Pre-Prod so changes will apply there, meaning anything required to be tested or any troubleshooting can be done here without issue. This account is a CSV feed account.
