Overview

This guide explains how to configure free shipping thresholds on the Baby Bunting Marketplace, including threshold, temporary, and permanent options. Setting up free shipping can enhance customer experience and potentially increase sales.


Cart-Based Free Shipping (Threshold-Based)


To offer free shipping when a customer’s cart value exceeds a certain amount (e.g., spend $100 and get free shipping), follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account.
  2. When logged in, follow this Setup Guide.


Temporary Free Shipping


To enable or disable free shipping temporarily:

  1. Log in to your Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account 
  2. When logged in, follow this Setup Guide.


Permanent Free Shipping


To offer permanent free shipping on specific products or all products:

  1. Log in to your Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account
  2. When logged in, follow this Setup Guide.
  3. Do this for each shipping zone.
  4. In Omnivore, go to Settings > Baby Bunting > Shipping. 
  5. Follow this guide to Add a new policy in Omnivore.
  6. Make sure Flat Rate is selected from the dropdown when you add the policy in Omnivore.
  7. If you do not select a product group, all products will have Free Shipping
  8. If you only want some products to have Free Shipping, then create a Product Group and use that group in the Free Shipping Policy in Omnivore.


Note:

  • Cart-Based Free Shipping is managed within the Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account.

  • Temporary Free Shipping can be toggled on or off within the Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account.

  • Permanent Free Shipping requires configuration in both the Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account and Omnivore.
