Overview

This is relevant for eBay sellers who have existing listings on eBay but they are not linked.  If they run the Download eBay Listings from the Linked Listings page in Omnivore no listings will come in because they are only visible in the eBay Listings Section in Omnivore, and only Admin can view that listing page.


Fix

  1. Go to Products - eBay Australia Listings.
  2. The products on this page that don't have Omnivore SKU's will be the eBay listings that are not linked.
  3. Find one and scroll over to the right side, you will see an option that says Revert to IMPORT to allow relink 
  4. Click that option, that will put the product back in the Link Listings Section so the seller can link it.
  5. If you have many of these you may need to get dev to do a DB query to pluck out the products that don't have Omnivore SKU's and have that flag.
