Setup Steps


  1. Navigate to Settings - Administration - Implementation - Order Adapter.
  2. Change Order Adapter to Ship Station.
  3. Click Update
  4. The Ship Station Menu will now be visible in the Settings Menu.
  5. Complete this new Ship Station Config page with API Key - API Secret - Store.
  6. Enter the API Key and Secret Key from Ship Station and hit Update.  See image below that show this page in Ship Station.
  7. If this data is NOT correct the menu options in the Store field will not show.
  8. When you can see the Store drop down options select the relevant one.
  9. Hit Update
  10. Completion look like this:

Obtaining Key from ShipStation


  1. Log in to ShipStation
  2. Navigate to Account - API Settings
  3. Click the Generate (or Regenerate) API Keys button.
  4. Copy and paste the API Key and Secret Key from this page to Omnivore
  5. See step 8 above.
