Add Your Connection Details

Pre connection points to consider: 

  • If you're new to Omnivore, simply select Woolworths MarketPlus Marketplace during the sign up process after installing the Omnivore app and follow the prompts.
  • Existing Omnivore Customers adding Woolworths MarketPlus into Omnivore follow the steps below.
  • You will have to be logged into your Marketplace Account and you will also need to access/login to Omnivore to complete this process.


  1. Omnivore needs a Seller ID and Seller Token to connect to the marketplace. If you do not have a seller account please apply for one here https://www.woolworthsgroup.com.au/au/en/woolworths-market-plus.html.  Your Onboarding Manager will provide you with your Seller ID and Seller Token when they create your marketplace selling account.
  2. With your seller id and seller token navigate to Settings - Woolworths MarketPlus - General in Omnivore.
  3. At the top of that page add the ID and Token into the relevant fields., we recommend using copy and paste.
  4. Scroll down on the Settings page and click Update Settings.




Test Your Connection

The check connection button tests the connection from Omnivore to the marketplace.  If you do get an error check the credentials and repeat the steps above.
