Overview
All refunds for Onceit Marketplace orders must be processed directly on Onceit.
Marking an order as cancelled or refunded in your eCommerce system will update the order status in Omnivore, but it does not process refunds on Onceit.
To process the refund on Onceit, follow their official guidance which you can find when you are logged in to their portal at Documentation > Managing orders, after sales and customer care > Managing orders > Cancelling orders
How to Mark an Order as Refunded in Omnivore
While this does not issue the refund on Onceit, updating the status in Omnivore helps keep your records in sync and will prevent you from receiving overdue shipment alerts.
Open Omnivore.
Navigate to Orders in the left-hand menu.
Find the order and click to open the order details page.
Click Mark as refunded.
This updates the status in Omnivore but does not trigger any refund on Onceit.
