Product Approval On Onceit

When you upload products to Onceit through Omnivore, your listings don’t go live straight away — they need to be approved by the Onceit team first.


How the Approval Process Works

  • Once you send new products from Omnivore to Onceit, the Onceit marketplace team reviews and approves them daily.

  • After approval, if your Onceit store is active and the products have offers assigned, they should appear on the Onceit website within about 30 minutes.

What You Should Do

  • Inform your Onceit Account Manager whenever you upload new products so they can ensure the approval process happens smoothly.

  • If products don’t appear after approval, check your offers and store status in Onceit.
