Please follow these steps carefully.  We recommend testing using one product first.


Export Mappings.


Navigate to Products - On Marketplace (eg Kogan) - Needs Mapping.  From this Tab click Export Mappings to export a CSV file from Omnivore.  Click Open, not Save.

This CSV will have all of your current Category Mapping in raw data form.


Prepare Your CSV


You will now need your list of SKU's that need to be bulk mapped.  It must the the actual SKU that is the Omnivore SKU.

Assuming you know the marketplace categories you want to list your SKU's to you, take note of the existing categories under marketcat1 column, these exact values will have to be used based on the categories you are going to apply to your SKU's.

Remove the existing SKU's from the exported CSV, add your new SKU's and next to each SKU match the marketplace category from the CSV.

Import your CSV


With your newly prepared CSV file that will have values in sku  and marketcat1 save the file to your local computer.   

Click Import Category Mapping from the Needs Mapping Tab, choose your file that you saved and click Import.


To check a product has been mapped correctly search for one of the SKU's in Omnivore and on the product check the Category Mapping status.
