These emails are sent by Catch not Omnivore/Catchfeeder so you will need to change settings in your Catch selling account.


How to turn off emails in Catch

  1. Log in to your Catch selling account at https://marketplace.catch.com.au/mmp/shop
  2. Click the person icon to the left of your username.
  3. Under My User Settings click Notification Preferences
  4. Scroll down to Offer notifications
  5. Untick all unwanted emails,particularly the following
    • Product file sent for integration
    • Error importing your inventory
    • Offer import complete
