Overview


In Omnivore you can change the product condition, this can be done for most marketplaces but is often more relevant for eBay Australia.  The steps below cover how to change the Product Condition in Omnivore.


We use eBay Australia as a guide but it can be done for other markets such as Trade Me, Kogan, My Deal etc.



Steps and How To


  1. Using an eBay Australia example in Omnivore navigate on the left hand menu to Products - Marketplace Name (eg eBay Australia or Trade Me or Kogan) the click on the Listed Tab.
  2. Search for the products that you want to change the Product Condition on.  Or if all search by 50 and select up to 50 at a time.
  3. Tick the box to the left of the products you want to modify and select the Modify Selected Products Menu.
  4. On that drop down menu you will see the Condition Change options.  There may be a few of them so scroll to the bottom to see all of the options.
  5. Change the condition based on your requirement.
  6. Any changes you make to these products will be validated and updated in the next feed.
