This FAQ covers the basics about the connection to your Shopify store.
What to know
The connection to your Shopify store happens during the installation process. Therefore if you uninstall the app, we cannot connect to your store because this breaks the connection.
If you try a test connection to a Shopify store where the app has been uninstalled you will get a message similar to this:
Error: com.machinehelix.omnivore.net.RemoteException:
statusCode = 401,
statusLine = null, message = {"errors":"[API] Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)"}
How can I resolve this error
To resolve, re-install the App in Shopify, this will reconnect the Shopify store to Omnivore.
