Overview

What is Omnivore?

Omnivore acts as a bridge between the retailer and the marketplace.

How does Omnivore work?

The retailer provides product information to Omnivore, Omnivore formats the data to suit each marketplace and then publishes to that marketplace.

When an order is placed Omnivore receives the order from the marketplace and transforms it into the format the retailers ecommerce system requires and pushes the order through to the retailer.

In this way a retailer can send one set of product information to many marketplaces and; receive orders back into the retailers ecommerce environment with a single integration to Omnivore.
