    Every listing must include a statement that the product is intended for responsible consumption. This is mandatory and helps ensure compliance with eBay’s rules. See the eBay page above for the exact wording that must be used.

  2. State and Territory Laws
    You must comply with the liquor licensing and sales laws of the State or territory where the buyer is located. It’s your responsibility as a seller to understand and follow these regulations.

  3. Listing Templates in Omnivore
    When creating listings in Omnivore/eBay LINK, include the responsible-service disclaimer in your product template to ensure it appears on every relevant listing.

    To add this to every product listing if you are using the Omnivore app go to 'Settings - Feeds - Description Template' and add the disclaimer following the instructions here.
    To add this to every product listing if you are using the eBay Link app go to 'Settings - Feeds - General' and add the disclaimer to the Description Template following the instructions here.
    It will be applied to every product that you list on eBay.
    If you only need to add the disclaimer to a specific product, go to 'Inventory - All products' Find the product, then on the full product details page, click Edit. Scroll down to 'detailed description' and enter the disclaimer there.
