This FAQ demonstrates where to turn off email alerts from us for new orders and out of stock. 


Types of Email Alerts

There are 2 email notifications that can be turned off. 

  1. New order alert
  2. Out of stock alert 


How to turn off email Alerts


To stop receiving either of these 2 email notifications, log in to our system and go to Settings > Administration.


Scroll down to the Email Alerts section and move the switch from green to blue to switch the alerts off.
