Overview
It is Mandatory to have a minimum of 3 Key Selling Points (KSP's) on each product to list on Bunnings. If you do not have them your products will not list. It is best to add the key selling point in Omnivore before you click Start Selling. If you do click start selling and your products don't have the key selling points setup they will come back with Validation Warnings prompting them to be setup.
If you have existing listings on Bunnings and they have KSP's you want to keep please contact us (see below) and we can work with you to achieve this.
Omnivore Setup Step - by Product or by Category
- This part of the setup covers doing it for the first time, OR
- If you see this validation warning:
- Navigate to Products - Bunnings - Marketplace Attribute Tab. Use the keyword field to search on your product. After you search on your product you have two options. Click Product OR Category. If you click Product you will see this screen where you can enter data into the KSP's
- If you click Category you will see this screen where you can add KSP's in bulk, after you insert text click the green plus sign to save:
- The fields are free text so start typing your key point wording into each field.
- When you finish typing your data and pause a little the Update message will appear under the field.
- The length of the the key points must be lower than or equal to 350 characters, a space is a character.
- There is an option to update KSP's in bulk using AI generated information, to do this please ask your Integration Specialist or our Support Team. Contact Here.
- The changes that you make as per the above steps will be updated to the product and pick up in the next upload to Marketplace.
- If you do use this process to set Key Selling Points to some products then you contact us to use the AI generated method, the Key Selling Points you have already completed manually will remain in place.
- When using a CSV to set the Key Selling Points. When you use the CSV file that Omnivore provides be sure to edit the headings on the CSV so the Key Selling Point 1-5 Column Names are in Upper and Lower case. They will appear to be all in UPPER CASE, but to set the KSP's using the CSV method these column heading names have to be upper and lower case. eg. Key_Selling_Point_1:
