Overview


Bunnings requires each product to have at least 3 Key Selling Points (KSPs) to be listed. Products without KSPs will not list. It’s best to add KSPs in Omnivore before clicking “Start Selling.”


If you do start selling without KSPs, the system will return Validation Warnings prompting you to add them.


If you have existing listings on Bunnings with KSPs you want to keep, please contact our Support Team to assist with preserving them.


Omnivore Setup: By Product or By Category 


This setup can be used for initial setup or when you encounter a Validation Warning, such as the error message shown below, for missing KSPs.


  1. Navigate to Products > Bunnings > Marketplace Attribute Tab.

  2. Use the keyword field to search for your product.
  3. Choose either Product or Category:

    • Product: Enter KSPs directly for individual products.

    • Category: Add KSPs in bulk for multiple products. After typing your text, click the green plus sign to save.

Product


Below is a screenshot showing the layout if you select Product.


Simply enter KSPs directly for individual products by typing free text into the relevant boxes.


When you finish typing, pause and and Update message will show to indicate the change has been applied.





Category


Below is a screenshot showing the layout if you select Category.


Simply enter KSPs directly for each category by typing free text into the relevant boxes.


Ensure you click the green + sign to save your changes.

 



Notes for entering KSPs:


  • The fields are free text; type your KSPs directly into each field.
  • Maximum length for each KSP is 350 characters (spaces count as characters).
  • Once any changes are made to your KSPs they will be sent to Bunnings on the next upload.



Bulk Updates and AI Assistance

  • You can update KSPs in bulk using AI-generated suggestions. Contact our Support Team to arrange this. 

  • Any KSPs you may have already entered manually will remain intact if you later use the AI method.



Using a CSV File to Update KSPs


You can also use a CSV file to load bulk KSPs.


  • Navigate to Products > Bunnings > Marketplace Attribute Tab.
  • Click the Export Attributes to CSV button to generate a file containing your products
  • Add your KSPs to the file
  • Ensure you change the column headings for Key Selling Points 1–5 to use upper and lower case (e.g., Key_Selling_Point_1) from upper case.
  • If headings remain in all uppercase, the CSV update will not work.
