Amazon will not display strike through pricing on the listing unless there has been a sale made for that price.

Additional information about strike through pricing:

Setup and how it works

  1. Make sure you have a price (sale price) and RRP on your products, if you have both in your eCommerce Store Omnivore will import both.
  2. In Omnivore go to Settings - Amazon - General and scroll down to find the field called Send list price that must be ticked.
  3. Send list price when ticked will send the RRP to Amazon as the 'list price'.
  4. Using this example below the two highlighted prices will be sent to Amazon.
  5. Amazon have strict rules on showing strike through pricing, we recommend reading their documentation to find out more.
  6. If your products have any attribute warnings or errors in Omnivore they will need to be fixed and cleared before Amazon will accept any price change.
  7. If you make this change in Omnivore and you clear any validation warnings and you do an upload to Amazon and your listings still do not show strike through pricing check with Amazon Support via Seller Central.
  8. If you have any questions about this function you can contact our support team, please provide two or three product examples if required.
