Currently the setup and testing is completed by our Support Team, please submit a ticket or jump on chat.
Our team will ask you the following questions, so have them ready to go:
- Store location names
- The stores you want to sync from (some or all)
- Two or three product we can test on
- Note, this is set at the account level therefore it cannot be applied to certain marketplaces.
Once we have set this up with you, you will be able to see the necessary screens and pages in the UI so you can make adjustments after it has been setup and working.
Be sure to ask our team questions, if needed they can ask our magento developer to ensure the inventory sync workflow is as you expect.
