Product Approvals
Before your products can appear for sale on the Baby Bunting Marketplace, they must go through a product approval process. This process is managed by Baby Bunting to ensure that all products listed meet their marketplace requirements and brand standards.
If something else is required to approve and list the product it may show as an error in Omnivore, or the Baby Bunting team will be able to provide more clarification on what is needed to get the products listed.
How Product Approvals Work
Product submission via Omnivore
When you list your products in Omnivore, they are automatically submitted to Baby Bunting for review.Baby Bunting reviews your products
The Baby Bunting Marketplace team checks all product details — including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing — to make sure they comply with their guidelines.Approval or rejection
If your products meet all requirements, they’ll be approved and published for sale.
If a product is rejected, it won’t be available on the marketplace. Baby Bunting typically provides feedback or reasons for rejection (e.g. incomplete product data, incorrect categorisation, or non-compliant content).
Making corrections
If your products are rejected, review the feedback and update the product details in your eCommerce store or directly in Omnivore. Once updated, Omnivore will re-sync the information to Baby Bunting for another review.
Important Notes
The approval process is controlled entirely by Baby Bunting, not Omnivore.
Approval times can vary depending on the volume of submissions and the complexity of your catalogue.
Only Baby Bunting can approve or reject products — Omnivore cannot override or expedite these decisions.
Next Steps
If your products have been pending approval for an extended period or you haven’t received feedback, you can:
Check your Omnivore dashboard to confirm that your products have been submitted correctly.
Contact Baby Bunting Marketplace Support for updates on the status of your product approvals.
