Overview
Managing refunds for Baby Bunting orders requires manual intervention in your Baby Bunting Seller Account, Omnivore and your eCommerce platform. Changes made in Baby Bunting do not automatically update in Omnivore or your eCommerce store.

Steps in Omnivore and eCommerce Store
- Log in to Omnivore, navigate to Orders > All Orders and search for the one you have cancelled.
- Click the Refunded Online button at the top of the order page.
- This will mark it as Refunded in Omnivore, but will not update the order in your eCommerce Store.
- Log in to your eCommerce store, locate the order and complete the cancellation as per the normal process for your eCommerce Platform.
Important Considerations
Manual Process: All steps must be performed manually in Baby Bunting, Omnivore, and your eCommerce store.
No Automatic Updates: Changes made in Baby Bunting do not automatically reflect in Omnivore or your eCommerce platform.
