Overview
Before you begin selling on THE ICONIC marketplace, there are several important factors you need to understand to ensure a successful integration and product listing through Omnivore.
Marketplace Approval
THE ICONIC is a curated marketplace.
Before you can sell, you must first receive approval from THE ICONIC to become an approved seller.Every product you submit for listing will go through an approval process by THE ICONIC before it appears on the marketplace.
Product Data Requirements
THE ICONIC has strict product data requirements. If your product data does not meet these requirements, your listings will not be approved.
Some of the mandatory product attributes include (but are not limited to):
Age group (e.g., adult, baby, teen)
Brand (imported from your brand/vendor field)
Care label (max 255 characters)
Colour (added automatically if variants have colour, otherwise you will need to provide it manually)
Composition
Gender (e.g., female, male, unisex)
Season (e.g., Core, Summer)
Size (e.g., XL)
Weight (must be a number)
Year of manufacture (e.g., 2025)
Please note: The exact list of required attributes and valid values varies by category, and Omnivore provides the full list of attribute requirements within the platform.
Some additional attributes are mandatory but may be auto‑generated or calculated by Omnivore to make setup easier. There are also optional attributes that can further improve your product listings.
Depending on your eCommerce platform, you can provide these attributes either:
Within your eCommerce store, or
In Omnivore via CSV upload or by selecting the values in Omnivore’s Marketplace Attributes features.
Image Requirements
THE ICONIC enforces strict image standards for marketplace listings. If your store images do not meet these standards, your products may be rejected.
In general:
Wholesale images: 2362 × 2362 pixels, 300 DPI
Marketplace images: 1600 × 2000 pixels, 300 DPI
Colour profile: working RGB or sRGB
Background colour: Grey 230,230,230
Maximum file size: 2 MB
Models used in images: Must be approved by THE ICONIC before shooting
Omnivore will import images from your eCommerce store by default. If your store images do not meet THE ICONIC’s requirements, Omnivore will discuss additional options with you during the onboarding process.

Set Up Costs
Because of the complexity involved in preparing your data and products for THE ICONIC’s requirements, an Onboarding fee applies:
Shopify: USD $450 (ex GST)
BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Maropost: AUD $600 (ex GST)
This fee covers the work required to get your store configured and ready for THE ICONIC.
Setting Up Omnivore for THE ICONIC
As part of your onboarding, Omnivore will work with you to complete the following tasks:
Connecting your eCommerce store to THE ICONIC
Colour mapping
Category mapping
Setting up product attributes
Resolving product errors
Adding additional images
Size mapping
Setting up tracking and carriers
Please note: You are responsible for providing accurate product attribute data. If you need help gathering this data, Omnivore works with external agencies that can assist.
