The first step is to make sure that you have installed and activated the Wordpress Insert headers and footers plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
Go into Omnivore and copy the Verification token code from the Set up now link on the Dashboard
In WordPress go to Settings -> Insert Headers and Footers from your admin panel.
Find the Scripts in Header section and add the code copied from Omnivore in this field.
Click Save
How to check if the verification code is present on your website
The easiest way to verify that Google website verification code is present on your website is to check the source code of your WooCommerce store frontend.
On the homepage of your website right click -> view page source and search for “google-site-verification” If the verification code has been added successfully, you will see code similar to this:

Return to Omnivore and hit the Check Now button in Step 4 from the Set up now link on the Dashboard
