Log into your Magento 1 admin
Navigate to System -> Configuration
Under the GENERAL tab click Design then HTML Head
Go into Omnivore and copy the Verification token code from the Set up now link on the Dashboard
Find the Miscellaneous Scripts section and add the code copied from Omnivore in this field.
Optional: How to check if the verification code is present on your website
The easiest way to verify that Google website verification code is present on your website is to check the source code of your Magento 1 store frontend.
On the homepage of your website right click -> view page source and search for “google-site-verification” If the verification code has been added successfully, you will see code similar to this:

Return to Omnivore and hit the Check Now button in Step 4 from the Set up now link on the Dashboard
