The sync of your product data between your ecommerce store, Omnivore and TheMarket depends on your ecommerce store.
Shopify or BigCommerce
- Omnivore will do a full sync of all products once every 7 days, usually on a Saturday night around midnight. All product information such as price, inventory, description, images and title are updated between Shopify/BigCommerce, Omnivore and TheMarket.
- In between the full sync, products and inventory are kept up to date every 5 minutes. If you change the inventory in Shopify/BigCommerce, Omnivore will update the product listing on TheMarket.
- The weekly full sync and updates every 5 minutes ensure all products are kept up to date.
Magento
- Omnivore will do a full sync of all products once every day, usually overnight around midnight. All product information such as price, inventory, description, images and title are updated.
- Throughout the day, inventory is updated every 20 minutes (NB: this can be longer if you have 1000s of products) between Magento, Omnivore and TheMarket. If you change the inventory in Magento, Omnivore will update the product listing on TheMarket. Products that go out of stock in Magento will be removed from TheMarket.
WooCommerce
- Omnivore will do a full sync of all products once every day, usually overnight around midnight. All product information such as price, inventory, description, images and title are updated. You can schedule a product sync more than once a day if you want products/inventory updated but this depends on the number of products you have.
Note:
- For ALL ecommerce platforms, you can always manually trigger a full sync between your ecommerce store and TheMarket by clicking 'Import from <ecommerce store name>' on the Dashboard.
