Which Plan To Offer

Offer the lower plan only if the seller is just using Onceit.

Existing Customers 

There are likely to be existing customers on Trade Me and/or TheMarket who are on a free plan. The best outcome is for the retailer to have their existing account switched to a paid Omnivore account and all marketplaces on the one account. However, some customers particularly those who sell high volumes may be upset to have to start paying the 1% on existing orders.

  • Check the retailers total order volume
  • If the seller is already doing over $20k in sales already we can replicate the account and create a separate account for Onceit. To find out how to duplicate an omnivore account see https://support.omnivore.com.au/how-to-duplicate-an-omnivore-account
  • If the seller is doing under $20k, then offer them the multiMarketplace or multiMarketplaceShopify: 
    • Multi Marketplaceshopify

      USD$29.95 for monthly sales under AUD$1000 or USD$74.95 for monthly sales greater than AUD$1000, or 1% of sales for monthly sales greater than AUD$10000, prices exclude GST.

    • Multi Marketplace - BC, Magento, WC

      AUD$39.95 for monthly sales under AUD$1000 or AUD$99.95 for monthly sales greater than AUD$1000, or 1% of sales for monthly sales greater than AUD$10000, prices exclude GST.

Retailers with sales less than $20k:

We have been able to provide you with a subsidised Omnivore subscription due to commercial agreements with some marketplaces. If you wish to add more marketplaces, you will need to move to a paid Omnivore plan. Omnivore supports many marketplaces and sales channels - check out the list here.

As you are a high volume seller and we understand that the increase my be considerable, we can leave your existing Omnivore/Trade Runner account as is and create a separate Omnivore account which you will need to pay for, this plan is . You will also be provided with a separate login to Omnivore.
