What is Omnivore Analytics?
OA is an add on to the customers' monthly subscription which gives more in-depth reporting and sales data. It is a partnership with Merchant Spring, they are providing a white label version of their product for our customers which we are calling Omnivore Analytics.

Why should customers choose Omnivore Analytics vs sign up direct with Merchant Spring?
If you look here https://merchantspring.io/pricing OA customers will get everything in the $99 column, but for a cheaper price. And the also get Amazon Review Automation added in, plus unlimited stores, plus not limited to only Shopify.

What is the sign up process?
- Initially customers will see promotional iframes on their dashboard, and a new page (e.g. https://m1.omnivore.com.au/analytics/activate/99-mile-clothing) in the reporting section which explains OA. They will either click 'Activate Now' on the iframe, which will take them to the new OA page, or go directly to the page.
- From that page, if they click Activate Analytics button, they will enter the Merchant Spring sign up flow and taken to a Merchant Spring page, which will be branded Omnivore Analytics.
- Note: once they have clicked Activate Analytics it will be added to their billing, but there is a free trial period (see below)
- They will be asked to connect their marketplaces by added their marketplace tokens etc. The process should be very quick and simple.
- If they have successfully connected a marketplace, when they return to Omnivore, they will see the iframes on the dashboard will now contain their data (there may be some delay while it is all uploading initially).
- Now when they click through from the iframes, they will be taken straight to the OA page.
- During the activation process they will receive automated support emails from Merchant Springs.
Free Trial
Sign up in November 2021 for a month’s free trial. After your trial, Omnivore Analytics will be added to your next bill, pro-rated to match your next monthly billing date.
After November 2021, you have a 30 day free trial before the bill is added to your account. You can cancel within the 30 days through the settings options in Omnivore.
Pricing for Omnivore Analytics is $69.95 AUD per month excluding GST for all eCommerce platforms except Shopify, which is $49.95 USD per month.

- You'll then be able to see your data in the Omnivore dashboard iframes, and click through to see much more detail
