MYER Online is a dedicated integration specific and ONLY for Country Road Group brands. 

These brands include:

  1. Country Road
  2. Trenery
  3. Mimco, 
  4. Witchery 
  5. Politix 

Development


Product Files: 

  • A product file is pulled from a dedicated SFTP folder and follows the Google Product feed format.   There are comprehensive data mappings that are applied and enhancements in the Myer PEP system before approval and listing. 
  • Inventory deltas run every 20min. Full SOH feed file is included as part of the full product import .

Order Flow: 

  • Orders are placed on Myer Online and then passed to Omnivore via IPT.   Omnivore holds all order updates until ALL line items are fulfilled. 
  • Courtry Road, Mimco, Witchery, Trenery  use eStar 
  • Politix uses Order Dynamics

Things to Know About Myer Online


This section is more support and integration.  

Includes: Product Feeds, Images, Category Mapping, Shipping, Feeds and Syncing, Orders and Order Tracking


  • MYER is not a typical  marketplaces
  • The push data from Omnivore > IPT > Myer PEP
  • There are two types of product files, an Availability Files (includes identifier, inventory, price) and an Enhancement File (includes description, images, copy, attributes)
  • The Availability File feeds to IPT & the Enhancement File feeds to PEP
  • Via the availability file (which handles inventory) Omnivore will push 0 Inventory which delists the product on MYER.
  • With MYER Online they accept a jpg file for images NOT an image URL, the images are updated last.
  • The MYER Listing ID is the Product Code
  • In Omnivore the Product Reference to use is the UPC, this includes in orders.
  • Category Mapping is done within Omnivore the taxomomy is very basic, they call the Category Groups.
  • There is NO Shipping setup for in Omnivore for Myer.  The shipping and cost is setup with MYER
  • Tracking pushes through to MYER (IPT System) the same way it does for other integrations.
  • Order refunds are handled by MYER Online.
  • The MYER ONLINE approval process is from 2-5 days.
  • When a product is approved on MYER the status will change, we can see this in Omnivore
  • Product Status:

    10 Awaiting upload (RETEC)

    20 Submitted for Myer Review (image / copy)

    30 Products rejected

    40 Ready for image editing

    60 With Image editing

    90 Image Approved

  • Images:  

    PEP Images:

    Requires image jpg upload , no urls

    Omnivore will receive image URL's in current product file formats, download and then upload to PEP

    Any additional image change , required to be uploaded directly into PEP and requires re-approval by Myer.

    Min image requirements 155 x 1200px

* Also, there is no real purge mechanism possible, since we have no way of querying Myer for product availability status. This

* is a massive hole in their architecture but not currently addressable. We need to do our best via the IPT availability API to

* zero out products and then just trust it all went okay.
