Testing the Shopify App

How to test the 4 Shopfy apps: Omnivore, eBay LINK, Trade Runner (not published), Catch Feeder. 

Steps

Make sure that the site doesn't exist in Omnivore.

Make sure that the app is not installed in Shopify.

Logout from Omnivore.

Install app.

Expect to be asked to accept T&C and register.

If the app is paid, expect to see the Shopify charge page.

Eventually you'll end up on the Omnivore dashboard.

Logout from Omnivore.

If the app doesn't show in Shopify, reload that page.

Launch the app again from Shopify. Expect to go to the Omnivore Dashboard.

Un-install the app in Shopify. 

Wait a bit.

Expect to see a Shopify app/unistall event (webhook) (you need to be Admin to see it) and then the site becomes suspended. with a Note.

Logout from Omnivore.

Install the app in Shopify. 

At this point the site already exists in Omnivore. Expect to see the page telling that an existing site was found.

Continue and you'll end up on the Dashboard, if the app is free, or on the Shopify charge page if the app is not free.

Expect to see that the site is not suspended anymore.

Logout from Omnivore.

Launch the app again in Shopify.

Expect to end up on the Dashboard in Omnivore.
