Testing products that should not be listed

Aka The Disappearing Product Use Cases

How a product disappears and must be removed from the Marketplace.

1. The product is deleted from the store, ie really gone. Applies to all.

2. The product becomes hidden.

Applies to:

Bigcommerce: "red-eyed"

Shopify: not published, unavailable, no Sales Channel

Magento1: not visible

Magento2: ???

Woocommerce: ???

3. The inventory for the product becomes zero in the store. Applies to all.

4. The inventory in Omnivore becomes zero due to the actual inventory minus the buffer equals zero. Applies to all.

5. Blocked or zeroed using Actions on the Product List page

5.1 The product is set to blocked

5.2 The product is set to zero stock

6. The product becomes un-mapped in Omnivore.

7. The product quantity is edited in Omnivore:

7.1 The buffer is updated (same as 4 above)

7.2 An action changes the quantity

7.3 The quantity is directly edited in the product page in Omnivore

What to observe in Omnivore

For Shopify and Bigcommerce:

Webhook -> Batch Product Import -> Marketplace Update

When the Marketplace update happens

Single product upload after the Omnivore import and processing is done: eBay, TradeMe

Batch product upload, delayed by a number of minutes after the Omnivore processing for the product is done: Amazon, Catch, TheMarket
