This article outlines the process to submit a dev ticket to eBay when requested.
- You will need to login to https://developer.ebay.com/base/membership/signin/
- username ilogan@gmail.com (see wiki for password) https://www.citybeachsoftware.com/wiki/index.php/Account_Credentials
- navigate to https://developer.ebay.com/my/support/tickets
- Submit a ticket from "Request support" tab
- Ivan will get the updates, or you can login and check the ticket every few days.
If a payload is required by eBay, we can send it in a txt file, for example
eBay revise XML, which is the block under "Runtime generated value for updating an existing listing: EBayTradingAPIProductXMLCodec.encodeRevise()" here:

Copy the data into a txt file and attach to the ticket.
