Products appear inactive but they are active in the import feed

The seller made a change to the their feed file which resulted in their products becoming "inactive" in the feed.

They fixed it and 80% of the products came good.

The other 20% remain inactive but that was a false positive.

A normal import may fix it but its best to do a Red Import, this by-passes the delta caching logic we use to not process products we think haven't changed from one feed to the next.

If  red import does not fix it, get some good examples and escalate as normal.
